Experienced Maryland Attorney Cathy Brennan

A partner with Hudson Cook, LLC since 2008, Catherine “Cathy” Brennan works primarily in the fintech space to develop and maintain consumer mortgage and motor vehicle finance programs. Before joining Hudson Cook, Catherine Brennan spent several years as a code enforcement attorney with the City of Baltimore, focusing particularly on blighting vacant properties. In this position, she also worked as an assistant city solicitor to sue owners who violated housing and zoning codes.

Ms. Brennan holds a bachelor of arts in English and psychology from Fordham University and a law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law. In recognition of her achievements, she was recognized in the Chambers FinTech 2020 USA Guide for Corporate, Securities, and Financing.
